Whatever you do, DO NOT order from snapfish.com. I have had nothing but problems with their photo gifts. I ordered the beginning of Nov.. Got it in had to mail it in to be replaced. They tried to charge me shipping on a replacement. Um, I don't think so. Get the replacement in the mail yesterday and they're worse than the original ones. Their email form on their site doesn't work and their customer service reps can't understand a word you're saying and their phone lines are CRAP. Yeah.. I'm beyond aggravated.

I FINALLY got ahold of them to deal with this.. and she was trying to tell me that i had already been refunded my money.. $7 something.. i'm like that was for the SHIPPING that i wasn't paying.. now i want ALL my money back and i don't want the stupid mugs.. yeah i was on hold for a good 20 minutes all together..
*sigh* this was supposed to be my parents christmas present.. and now they won't refund the money till they receive the mugs back in their warehouse.. so i have no money to get them something else to replace these stupid things..

I think walmart makes mugs....DUnno if that helps.
